IMCA Late Model Rules Modified

Lee County Speedway has announced modifications to the Crate Late Model rules for IMCA Cars. In an effort to allow all Late Models to compete head to head with no advantage for either type configuration Lee County Speedway announced the removal of the 50# weight in front of mid plate and the increase in chip to 8400 RPM.

As we specified in the rules we hold the right to adjust the rules to allow for the best competition in the class. If further changes need made to make the car types equal we will make those changes.

$1,000 TO WIN….. Tomorrow and Saturday. After a long winter Lee County Speedway is ready for the 2016 season. Mother Nature tried slowing progress with rain last night and this morning but we are still on for the first race of the 2016 season. The weather for Friday looks good with a chance of rain on Saturday before the races.

Friday practice from 3 to 5. Show starts at 7 on Friday and 6 on Saturday. Restrictor plates will be available at the track for the IMCA Late Models.

Only one week until the first race of the 2016 season at Lee County Speedway. March 25th and 26th LCS will host the 4^th Annual Spring Extravaganza. $1000.00 to WIN Crate Late Models, IMCA Modifies, Stock Cars and Sportmods.

Prior to the race a practice session will he held from 3pm to 5pm. The cost for the practice session is $25. Following practice the normal race night schedule will be followed.

Spring has sprung just in time for opening night at the Lee County Speedway. In just 2 short weeks we host our 4^th Annual Spring Extravaganza.

All classes will be represented with the CRATE LATE MODELS paying $1,000.00 to win both Friday and Saturday night.

Also $1,000.00 to WIN IMCA Modifies, Stock Cars and Sportmods. Hobby Stocks will compete for $500.00 and Sport Compacts for $300.00
